Em 2009, foi para Espanha estudar cozinha criativa no Instituto el CET, da Universidade de Barcelona. Por l\u00e1, trabalhou no jamaicano Stush and teng, al\u00e9m de ter passado por restaurantes estrelados como Dos Cielos, Comer\u00e7 24, todos em Barcelona, e o DiverXo, do renomado chef Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz, em Madri. J\u00e1 no Brasil, foi souschef do Manioca, em S\u00e3o Paulo, restaurante da premiada chef Helena Rizzo.
